WHAT IS XCELL YOUTH FITNESS PROGRAM?

    • THE YOUTH FITNESS PROGRAM  IS A MONTHLY  EXERCISE PROGRM THAT RUNS 2 DAYS PER WEEK FOR 4 WEEKS.
    • THE CLASSES ARE DESIGNED TO GET THE CHILDREN ENGAGED AND EXCITED ABOUT  EXERCISE AGAIN. WE TAKE
    • GREAT PRIDE IN TEACHING THE  FUNDAMENTALS TO EXERCISING AND LIFTING WEIGHTS.

WHAT DOES THE PROGRAM INCLUDE?

    • TUESDAY & THURSDAY 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM CLASS  START TIM
    • LEARN PROPER EXERCISE TECHNIQUE
    • FUN & ENGAGING WORKOUTS  FOR THE KIDS
    • BASICS OF WEIGHTLIFTING AND FITNESS
    • ACCOUNTABILITY & MOTIVATION
