What is the XCell Fitness Bootcamp?
Our bootcamp is a monthly weight loss bootcamp that runs 5 days a week. It is designed around individuals that are newer to fitness, and looking to start an exercise program. Our bootcamp specializes in weight loss and tightening & toning If weight loss is your goal this is the place for you.
What does the bootcamp entail?
- Monday-Friday group classes
- Circuit Training environment
- Constant variation in workouts to keep the body challenged and fresh
- Defined work and rest periods that will optimize training
- 1 hour duration
- Learn how to exercise properly and safely
